Akram Saiyed joined Chsherbinin Litigation in 2017, where he works as a legal assistant to Mr. Chsherbinin.
He oversees a broad range of employment and immigration litigation files. He assists in litigation matters before the Federal Court of Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Superior Court of Justice. In addition, Akram carries out various office management responsibilities.
Akram pursues Bachelor of Public Administration at York University, focusing on the Law, Justice and Public Policy stream.
Akram is multilingual and is able to assist the firm’s clients in English, Hindi and Urdu.
Akram enjoys golf, travelling and has a passion for art.
