Vladislav is an articling student at Chsherbinin Litigation. He recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he earned Juris Doctor degree. While attending law school, Vladislav worked with AODA Alliance to further the implementation of accessibility legislation in Ontario.

Prior to entering the law school, Vladislav graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Greek and Latin. He was a gold medalist and a recipient of numerous awards in classical languages.

Vladislav is passionate about employment, human rights and immigration litigation, because these areas have a very human component that is often absent in other types of litigation.

Vladislav has been involved in representing clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada, more recently in:

Taghieva v Canada (CIC), 2019 FC 1160 (Federal Court, Justice Kane), which was a successful judicial review of a negative H&C decision;

LeBest v ZIM Integrated Shipping Services (Canada Ltd.), et al , Court File No.: SC-19-00120003 (Ont SCJ), which was a successful motion to stay litigation in Canada in the context of maritime commerce.
